Le tutorial rapide:

• Se connecter à votre compte GMail
• Se rendre sur votre page de profile : https://www.google.com/profiles
• Cliquer sur 'Edit my profile'
• Décocher l'option 'Display the list of people I'm following and people following me'
• Sauvegarder ;)
